Using SVN won’t solve the whole problem
maybe you can buy a private server, or private svn service (economical )
I think http://www.assembla.com/ can do that
and use it to keep the source of all projects updated online

About .Net reflector as I didn’t use it before
does it get the original structure/code of the program ? the same as [...]
